Heritage Trust, a subsidiary of Argent Financial Group, has appointed Brooke Henderson as vice president, relationship manager.

Henderson will be responsible for assisting clients in a variety of areas, including trusts, probate and estate planning and administration. She will report directly to Michael Romero, president.

Henderson previously served as an associate attorney at Berman & Rabin, P.A., where she focused on consumer debt collection. She gained her bachelor of arts in psychology from the University of Central Oklahoma and her Juris Doctor from Oklahoma City University School of Law. She has also received a certification from the College of Financial Planning’s Professional Education Program.

Heritage offers trust administration, oil and gas management, real estate management, financial planning and investment management services to individuals, for-profit companies and charitable/non-profit organizations. The Oklahoma-based company has offices in Oklahoma City, Ponca City and in Tulsa under the AmeriTrust brand, which serve clients in the US and several countries around the world.
